We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

Verse Tune is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
